Ohio CAT is looking for a Repair Options Coordinator that will work with Heavy Equipment branches, Rental Store locations, and Product Support Sales Representatives using their input to develop and promote the use of Standard Jobs and Repair Options.
Standard Jobs and Repair Options help to offer both consistent pricing and scope of work but also give our customers flexibility to choose which level of repair best suits their needs.
Will utilize established software and resources to continue the development of Standard Jobs and Repair Options.
Will also periodically assist with building fleet and long-term Total Maintenance and Repair contracts.
Tasks Performed:
Research work order history to verify Standard Job accuracy Utilize Caterpillar systems to build accurate Standard Jobs and Repair Options Support Customer Value Agreement (CVA) team contract quoting and fulfillment Work directly with various branches to help improve efficiency and consistency Work directly with PSSRs and Rebuild Specialist to build Repair Options used in machine rebuild quoting JOB
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be customer-focused, high energy level, able to handle multiple tasks, organized and detail-oriented, and able to learn new technical material related to Heavy Equipment products and services.
Strong computer and software skills are required.
Knowledge of Caterpillar Equipment, systems, and software preferred.
Ability to support the selling of products or services preferred.
High School Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience and/or education combination related to parts and service repair, operations, or sales within an Engine, Equipment, or related industry.
Caterpillar-specific product knowledge is preferred.
Entry-level to advanced technical, quoting & sales training will be provided to qualified candidates.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
