As a Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and implement effective campaigns to position our company as a leader in the industry.
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative and analytical skills to craft compelling campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
This position reports directly to Senior Manager and should be effective at planning and executing marketing initiatives without direction.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns with Caterpillar corporate goals for growth and market expansion.
Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications, including print, digital, and video assetsAnalyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
Manage monthly marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all digital campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to create a cohesive brand message and drive qualified leads.
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales supportGather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leadsSupervise and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Report all metrics weekly to Senior Manager(s).
Engage with external agencies and vendors as required to execute marketing initiatives.
Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing tools and best practices, including the use of AI, continually refining our approach.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or related business study is preferred.
Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role developing marketing plans and campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and digital marketing strategies.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communications and interpersonal abilities.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM toolsProficient with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management principles and concepts.
The ability to travel across the territory to visit customers and branches is required.
Some out-of-region travel may be required (up to 25%).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
