Summary:
Responsible for assisting the bartender by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Assists bartenders with opening and closing of bar.
Monitors and replenishes ice, fruit, beer, wine, spirits, mixers, and glasses throughout the shift as needed in both the general and VIP areas.
Responds to bartender calls for bar needs.
Clears bar and tables as needed.
Prepares a requisition for bar needs that were depleted during shift.
Keeps work prep and serving areas clean according to State Board of Health standards.
Presents a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
Ensures guest satisfaction by responding to guest inquiries with accurate information and a positive attitude.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of internet software.
Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and less than one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
