As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring the financial efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Process and manage payroll accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Accounts Receivable:
Oversee invoicing procedures and collections.
Maintain accurate records of client payments.
Accounts Payable:
Manage vendor invoices and payments.
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Google Docs and Sheets.
Flexibility to transition to a full-time role based on performance and company needs.
