Job Summary Responsible for entering, tracking and analyzing all product and associated materials and is the point of contact for all warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory control Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by ManagerMaintain and update equipment and product tracking logManage all electronic receipts of equipment/product when it arrivesManage warehouse functions, including, but not limited to shipping, receiving and inventory controlEnter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipmentsMaintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventoryResponsible for pulling inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project palletsCoordinate and manage the maintenance of equipmentAnswer all incoming calls and email queries; assisting customers, clients and related vendors as needed Other duties assigned as needed Skills and Abilities Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic math while analyzing data and generating reportsMust have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externallyProficient in windows and Microsoft applications such as MS Word and ExcelAbility to balance multiple tasks with changing prioritiesAbility to work independently, as well as in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detailEffective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organizationDemonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills Education and/or Experience Minimum High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experienceExperience with UPS, FedEx shipping, tracking and receiving.
International shipping experience is preferredMust be able to pass and complete internal forklift certificationValid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standards Working Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
