Their offices are all super casual jeans, shorts, etc also fairly young age groups 20s-early 30s. Diverse , professional fun high energy working environments they have a lot of fun but work really hard. They also are always doing cash bonus contests base on performance, dinners, golf bowling type outings etc. The biggest advantage working here is that you can and they expect you to move up very quickly (again based on your performance) for instance within a couple of years you can be earning around $85-86k. Work hours are Mon-Fri 9-6 however they want individuals who will come in early stay late to get the job done.
The position does not offer benefits at this time. 401k after one year.
We will pay a $250 sign on bonus to your candidates if any are hired and I will let you know how that's paid etc once they are hired (or are about to be).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
